    I went to Scotland with a group from Northern Nevada/Tahoe area… imagine our surprise when we saw restaurant signs advertising "Donner Kebab"… (I think it's a Turkish dish, very tasty, but it would have to be renamed if it were ever gonna be popular in my neck of the woods!)
