It’s Taste of the Danforth – a food festival like no other. /newsrooms correspondent Brian Gasparek took to Toronto’s busy Danforth Avenue on August 8 to find out how the festival comes together, from food preparation with The Forth chef Angelo Ciolfitto to event planning with organizer Howard Lichtman. He also talked to Toronto mayor John Tory about the lasting economic benefits of the festival, and with Taste of the Danforth intern Lillian Tieu, a Centennial Event Management grad, about her experience in the middle of the action.
