I lost my appendix at the exact age of 14 years and 7 months. Mine was caught early. I've been more prone to illnesses like the cold ever since.

  2. Some awkward Kid says:

I had my appendix taken out at the age of 12. When I first went to get it checked, they said it was constipation and sent me back home. At first it felt like a stomach ache but quickly intensified to a throbbing pain. After a while, I was sent back again and they said I should go to the hospital. We then found out I had appendicitis, but I fell asleep before they started explaining anything to my parents. I woke up the next day and went home. I stayed home for about a week and started going to school again. The only scar I got was a small one in between my left leg and my stomach
